Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and AuraAsia8 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "AuraAsia8") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://auraasia8.cam and all associated services, games, betting facilities, and promotional programmes operated thereunder.

AuraAsia8 is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international licensing standards, offering services to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. • "Deposit" means a transfer of funds by a Player into their AuraAsia8 Account via any supported payment method, including but not limited to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, BTC, and USDT.
• "Platform" means the AuraAsia8 website, mobile interface, and all associated services and software made available at https://auraasia8.cam.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is eligible to use AuraAsia8 services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of AuraAsia8's services is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be wagered before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to a payment method registered and verified in the Player's name.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with AuraAsia8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. AuraAsia8 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years old and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You do not hold, nor are you applying for, more than one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from AuraAsia8 or had an Account terminated by AuraAsia8 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of AuraAsia8.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registering or using the Platform.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. AuraAsia8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat function.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

AuraAsia8 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents before your Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each person may maintain only one Account on AuraAsia8. If we detect duplicate accounts held by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonuses or promotional credits. In cases of suspected fraud, we may also withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods; maximum limits vary by payment provider and account tier. AuraAsia8 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with AML obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals via DuitNow are typically completed within minutes. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within one business day. AuraAsia8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or if there are reasonable grounds to investigate potential fraud or AML concerns.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

As a general policy, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible. This requirement supports our AML compliance obligations. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, AuraAsia8 will process the payment via an alternative verified method at our discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral credits offered by AuraAsia8 are subject to the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be clearly set out in each promotional offer at the time it is made.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

AuraAsia8 takes a firm position against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; placing opposing bets across accounts; or any other conduct that AuraAsia8 reasonably concludes constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer. In such cases, we reserve the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and close the Account without notice.

6.4 Responsible Gambling and Bonuses

Players who have set deposit limits, loss limits, or are in any form of self-exclusion or cool-off period are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during that period. AuraAsia8 reserves the right to decline bonus requests from players whose account activity indicates potential problem gambling behaviour.

Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on AuraAsia8 — whether on casino games, live casino tables, slots, crash games, fishing games, or the sports betting sportsbook — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details prior to confirmation. AuraAsia8 shall not be liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

7.2 Sports Betting

The AuraAsia8 sportsbook covers a wide range of sports markets including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major sporting events. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. AuraAsia8 reserves the right to cancel, void, or amend bets in circumstances where odds are published in error, where matches are cancelled or abandoned, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

7.3 Mix Parlay Bets

Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are subject to the standard rules applicable to each individual event. If one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided selection at the remaining legs' combined odds. AuraAsia8's decision in relation to any disputed parlay outcome shall be final.

7.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, AuraAsia8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant players' balances. Any winnings generated through a demonstrable technical error will not be paid out.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AuraAsia8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards, coordinating bets, or sharing account access.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including falsification of identification documents.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosing your location.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account.
• Engaging in any conduct that AuraAsia8 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to the operation of the Platform or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the AuraAsia8 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of AuraAsia8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of AuraAsia8.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuraAsia8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

AuraAsia8's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AuraAsia8 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system updates, or events outside our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, payment network outages, or regulatory actions) may affect Platform availability.

Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Before closing your Account, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Voluntary closure of an Account does not affect self-exclusion eligibility.

11.2 Termination by AuraAsia8

AuraAsia8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to instances of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false KYC documentation; abuse of bonus systems; or conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of suspected fraud, AuraAsia8 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, all unused bonus credits and pending rewards are immediately forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AuraAsia8 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitral bodies designated by our licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to These Terms

AuraAsia8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify Players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
